What notice period applies under the enterprise agreement?

The employee must give four weeks' written notice to resign. The employer must give notice based on the employee's continuous service, plus an additional week where the employee is over 45 with at least two years' service.

Non-solicitation of clients and staff for six months after the employment ends.
Applies within the metropolitan area · cascading period drops to three months if six is unenforceable.
